Shipping policy

We have several warehouses around the world, including locations in Sweden (e.g. D&G, Gucci, Jimmy Choo brands), Italy (Italian brands), Germany and Spain (sunglasses and watches) and USA (e.g. Michael Kors, COACH and Tory Burch products).

We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx or DHL. However, due to the ongoing war, we cannot deliver to Russia, Belarus, Israel and Ukraine.

When the order is ready, we will send you a notification by e-mail with a tracking number.

DELIVERY COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

In Europe: Free delivery, 3-5 working days

Rest of the world: Delivery €15.90, 3-7 days

CUSTOMS & TAXES

There are no import duties within the EU. However, when importing into the EU from a non-EU country or exporting from the EU to a non-EU country, the end customer is charged customs fees directly through the freight company.
