Yes. All products sold at Glandine are 100% authentic and sourced directly from luxury fashion houses or trusted suppliers. Glandine is an authorized retailer for all brands present on the website.

What does “New with Tags”, “Pre-Owned” and ”Preloved” mean?
New with Tags means the item is brand new and comes with the original designer tags attached.
Pre-Owned means carefully inspected and in good condition luxury products, some of which are store samples, some lightly used, and some new with a small defect.
Preloved refers to authentic previously owned luxury items that have been carefully inspected and are in excellent condition.
How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired item, choose the size or variant, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Ordering online is quick and secure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay), PayPal and Klarna.
Why is the promotional code not valid for my purchase?
The promotions are time-limited and cannot be used together or on items from excluded brands.
Do you ship internationally?

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Outside the EU, the final customer will be charged customs fees directly by the freight company. Typically:
Handling time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: 2–5 business days within Europe

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your delivery (UPS, FedEx or DHL) in real time.
Can I change the size and/or color of the products or the shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order that has already been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible using our contact form.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact our customer service here. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return costs due to customer change of mind will be borne by the customer. If you encounter defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide you with a return label.

Will shipping costs be refunded if I return an item?
Generally, only the product price is refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect.
