Contact our customer service within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the package either via the contact form or by email info@glandine.com and wait for an email from our customer service.
We will send you instructions and a return address to prepare your return. Returns after the 14-day period will be refused.

Customer Change of Mind : Return costs due to customer change of mind will be borne by the customer and should always be returned with an active tracking number.

The sender is responsible for customs fees. Therefore, if you are sending a shipment from the USA to Europe or from Europe to the USA, please select "Sender bears customs fees".

All returns must be sent back via UPS, DHL or FedEx. Due to long delivery times, we do not accept returns via local postal services.

Defective or Incorrect Items : If you encounter defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide you with a return label so you can return the defective/incorrect item to us.

Conditional Return Policy : Please note that all returns are subject to quality inspection upon arrival. If we reject the return due to damage or for any other reason (if the products have been worn or washed or show signs of use), we reserve the right to refuse a refund for that return. In case of a rejected return, the order will be returned to the buyer and all additional shipping costs will be at his expense.

Refund: Returns will be processed in the form of a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package for the funds to appear in your account, but processing times depend on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email after a return has been processed.

What you need to put in the package:

Include a copy of the order number in the package. If no number is found later, we do not guarantee a refund for the returned goods.
